The Space:

Inside, you'll find:

• Fast WiFi (210 Mbps)

• A Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

• Dining area has a 6-person dining table with air conditioning.

• Living room has ocean views, a comfortable couch, air conditioning, and a smart TV with live sports and cable package. The couch can be a sleeping space for an optional 5th person.

• The two bedrooms are configured as follows;

- The main bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in bathroom and closet, an air conditioner, and walk-out access to the ocean-view balcony.

- The second bedroom has a double-sized bed, an air conditioner, a closet, and a detached bathroom.

• Washer and dryer.

• Basic cleaning supplies.



Outside, you’ll find:

• A lovely ocean-view balcony.

• A four-person table w/ chairs

• Shared Gym

• Shared Pool

• One parking space is available.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the condo's entire living space and balcony. As well as access to the gym, and pool area. A few closets are locked and only available to the cleaning crew.



The Neighborhood:

Vista Velas 3 is a safe and secure gated community conveniently located 10 min from Cabo downtown. There is a pool scattered with loungers, tables and chairs, and a gym. There is also 24-hour security and the HOA office on premises. Easy access by four lane Los Cabos Highway 1 from the San Jose Del Cabo Airport, Costco is 2 min away by car and Walmart is less than 5 min away by car. Beaches - Medano (10min) and Chilleno (15min) by car– your private paradise between the desert and the sea!



Getting Around:

When staying at Condo Arena, it's important to have a plan for getting around. While walking and public transportation are possible, I would highly recommend using a car or Uber to move around. This will give you the freedom to explore the surrounding areas and make the most of your stay. Plus, it's often more convenient and time-efficient than other methods of transportation. So, whether you're heading out for a day of sightseeing or simply need to get from point A to point B, consider using a car or Uber for a stress-free experience.



Other Things to Note:

Active construction project in Vista Vela 3. Possible construction noise from 9am - 8pm, Monday - Saturday. Vista Vela 3 is a 24hr gated residential complex. We are 2 minutes by car to Costco. Cabo downtown and Medano beach are 10 min away. Airport is 35min away by car. Our place is non smoking, no partying and no pets are allowed.
