This property is in a great location. The property has a lot of potential and with further restoration efforts it could really shine.
The property is three levels with stairs to each level. The street level is a small entryway. The second level is the livingroom and kitchen area. The third level is the bedroom and bathroom.
Only the bedroom has air conditioning. The bathroom and living areas have open ventilation. There is an oscillating fan in the living room.
