This hidden gem 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is nestled in a quiet and serene location at Mammoth Point, just half a mile from Canyon Lodge and steps away from the beauty of the Eastern Sierra. Whether you're here for world-class skiing, stunning hikes, amazing fishing or just to enjoy the mountain air, this condo offers everything you need to relax and enjoy your time in Mammoth Lakes.

This charming condo boasts two spacious levels with vaulted ceilings. The upstairs features an open-plan living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and balcony with mountain views. You’ll love the cozy wood-burning fireplace, perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes. The living area also includes a sleeper sofa that sleeps two, and a flat-screen TV with cable to relax with after a day on the mountain or out at the lakes. The downstairs consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a California king bed, TV with cable, and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, large dresser and closet and has easy access to the shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also ski/snowboard storage in the entry area to drop your gear after a day on the mountain.

The common amenities include an oversized year-round hot tub and a sauna—perfect for après-ski relaxation! In the summer, enjoy grilling on the BBQ. There is also an onsite washer and dryer for your convenience. There is parking for two vehicles with parking spaces available just outside the condo.

From the condo, it is just a short walk to ski-in / ski-out access above Canyon Lodge accessible to intermediate level skiers/snowboarders. The condo is a quick drive to the Village, where you’ll find great dining, coffee shops, and shopping, or up Lake Mary Road to the lakes basin where there is fantastic fishing, hiking, and bike trails.

Please note that access to this condo is via a steep road, chains, 4x4, or all-wheel drive vehicles may be required in Winter conditions.
