**Sleeping Arrangements:**

We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. You will check in independently, and we will not be present during your stay. However, our dedicated guest support team is available via phone or message to assist with any questions or needs that may arise.

Car: Having a car is the most convenient way to get around, especially for visiting nearby attractions like Barefoot Landing (2 miles), Tanger Outlets (3 miles), and Cherry Grove Pier (5 miles). Free on-site parking is available at the resort.
Rideshare & Taxis: Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick trips around North Myrtle Beach and beyond. Local taxi services also operate in the area.
Walking & Biking: The beach and many restaurants are within walking distance, and North Myrtle Beach is bike-friendly, with rental shops nearby.
Public Transit: Coast RTA offers bus services along the Grand Strand, though routes are limited.
Whether you`re driving, biking, or catching a ride, getting around is easy, with plenty of attractions just minutes away!

**Rental Agreement:**
To finalize your booking, you must complete our Rental Agreement within one hour of reserving. This includes a mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers you for up to $1,000 in accidental damages and replaces the need for a security deposit.

**Check-in Process:**
Please note that you will bypass the front desk, as they are not associated with our private rental. Our team is available to assist with any questions you may have during your stay.

**Starter Supplies:**
We provide a starter kit of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags to get you settled in.

**Linens & Towels:**
Linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.

**Beach Gear:**
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided but are available for seasonal rental on the beach from the lifeguards.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom 1-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
