The home was very clean, well stocked and had spectacular views of Beaver Lake. We saw bald eagles, hawks and many song birds. The location was convenient for our activities in Bentonville, Rogers and Hobbs State Park.

I can’t begin to tell you how amazing this property is. We needed a much needed time away and this allowed us to really relax and enjoy our time. The property has been well taken care of and everything we needed was there. Family-friendly and the host was good at responding quickly. Can’t wait to plan our next get away.

Very nicely and comfortably furnished and decorated. Linens and towels were nice quality. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice outdoor grill. Plenty of comfy extras like pillows and throw blankets, and bouquets of fresh flowers which was a nice touch. Both decks had a good assortment of comfortable furniture and GORGEOUS views. Property Manager was extremely accessible and helpful.

Very clean and excellent description of the property. We were very impressed with all the extra touches that made our stay incredible. It really is the best view of the lake. So relaxing and perfect for our large family.
