The main unit, Origin 1035, is a corner unit featuring a large L-shaped balcony with expansive Gulf views—perfect for enjoying both sunrise and sunset. The Gulf-front master bedroom includes floor-to-ceiling windows that make you feel like you’re right on top of the ocean, a king-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A washer and dryer are located in-unit for added convenience.

The open-concept kitchen and living area offer extra-large windows with stunning Gulf views throughout. The fully stocked kitchen includes all standard appliances along with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. A large dining table sits just off the kitchen, providing a great space for family meals and gatherings. Step outside onto the spacious balcony to enjoy premium seating and incredible dolphin watching.

The second bedroom in Unit 1035 features a king-size bed, large Gulf-view windows, and a flatscreen TV. A second full bathroom connects to both the hallway and this bedroom for easy access.

As you move down the hallway, you’ll reach the lockout door leading to Origin at Seahaven 1033. This private studio includes a king-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a fully stocked kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, a dining table, and a flatscreen TV. The studio also features a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and its own private balcony with stunning Gulf views—perfect for guests who want extra privacy while still being connected to the main unit.

Starter amenities such as travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided to get your stay started off right. This is a non-smoking property, both indoors and on the premises.

Origin at Seahaven offers excellent resort-style amenities including a Gulf-front pool deck with a large pool and hot tub, outdoor grills, a fitness center with workout machines and treadmills, a large theater with stadium seating, an arcade room for kids, and an on-site laundry facility. Private beach access for Origin at Seahaven guests is located directly across the street, and the famous Sharky’s restaurant is also just steps away.

A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days before arrival and released within 3 days after departure, pending any issues. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable to Gulf Front Getaways 30 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 30 days of arrival.
