Modern, quiet and cozy 3/2 home with private parking. It is CENTRALLY LOCATED in the Heart of Miami. The home has all you need to spend time with family or friends. Come on vacation, celebration, work or just to relax.

We are within minutes to fine dining, beaches, shopping, golfing, fishing and many more fun things to do.

20 mins from Miami Intl Airport, 25 mins from Miami Beach and just minutes from Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Little Havana, Calle Ocho (8th Street), Brickell, Downtown Miami, Wynwood and Key Biscayne.

the place is 3/2 and very spacious and private. It has its own private parking that can park 2 cars. Its got a front porch where you can sit and relax and get some fresh air, and a back yard with artificial grass and a tropical landscape. (The home in the front is private and separate.)

Accommodations: 3 bedrooms and 2 futons (Sleeps 8 comfortably) 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, game room, office space, laundry room and outside BBQ area.

The home has WIFI with Central AC and 50 Inch Smart TV in the Living Room. All rooms have a 40 Inch Smart TV.

For additional flexibility, we offer an air mattress upon request for an extra fee. This is perfect for larger groups needing additional sleeping arrangements. Please let us know in advance so we can have it prepared for your stay.

Security:
No DJ`s or Parties allowed! We reserve the right to enter the home if we feel that there is an unauthorized party / event and fines will be applied for noise violations. Please be respectful of neighbors during quiet time 11pm - 7am.

ABSOLUTELY - NO SMOKING allowed in the home!

The house is fully for your enjoyment. Private parking in the property, just open the gates and drive in. The backyard door in the laundry or in the back room leads you to the back yard where there is a BBQ area if you are in the mood for some outdoor grilling.

We have stocked the kitchen with basic cooking supplies to make you feel at home. We have included a Welcome Book that has dining, shopping, and things to explore while your stay in Miami.
