Sleeping up to 10 guests, this lakeside retreat boasts breathtaking views and backs onto the San Bernadino National Forest, offering the ultimate outdoor getaway.



The open living area is the heart of the home, providing the perfect space to unwind after a long day on the forest trails or enjoying #lakelife. Lounge on large, comfy couches while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV equipped with cable and Apple TV. Bedroom 1 features a twin bed with a pull-out twin trundle, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and stunning lake views. Bedroom 2 offers a full bed and a twin bed with a pull-out twin trundle, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and more lake views, and bedroom 3 has a queen bed with a flat-screen TV and views of the lake. The home has 2 hallway bathrooms with showers over tubs.



The home sits across the street from the shimmering lake, with boat rentals literally across the street spring through summer at North Shore Landing, just 100 yards away. Other Big Bear attractions like The Village and family-friendly Snow Summit are less than 8 miles away, making this rental the perfect home base for outdoor enthusiasts.

House Rules and Notes

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on the property

• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time

• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered persons must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

• No smoking

• Check-in time is 4 PM

• Check-out time is 10 AM

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.



Other Things to Note:

Parking is allowed for 3 vehicles. There is a large parking pad on the west end of the property that is better suited for larger vehicles like Trucks & SUV's. The Garage is also accessible but is better suited for smaller vehicles and may not be able to house a larger vehicle. No street parking is allowed per city code.



Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.

Not Pet Friendly



Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

An arrival email will be sent during the week before your arrival with information on access for your rental and information on your reservation.
