About this property
Design Apartment Classic - 2 room apartment for 2 persons.
Alagundis Apartment *** Residence - with a dream view of Merano and surroundings.
The property was newly built in 2011 and is personally managed by the Schroetter family. There are 15 apartments in the house. In the outdoor area is our heated brine pool with wirl loungers and Mediterranean gardens. The heated pool is in operation from around mid-April. Internet or You can receive WiFi in the house and at the Mediterranean pool area. Elevator and underground parking are available. The facility is largely car-free. Your vehicles (cars, bicycles or motorbikes) can be parked in our underground car park, from where the lift takes you to the reception or to the floors of the apartment. You are welcome to take advantage of our fresh bread service in the morning.
