FeWo MORGENSONNE -Beautiful semi-detached house with entry to the natural swimming pool in Fischach

Welcome to the heart of the Augsburg Western Forest Nature Park in the heart of the perennials.

Our modern and comfortable holiday home "Staudensonne" was built in 2015 in the form of a semi-detached house and offers two wonderful new holiday apartments surrounded by a wonderful landscape, which is particularly inviting for hiking, Nordic walking or cycling.

Enjoy the peace and quiet in a bright, stylishly furnished semi-detached house with upscale furnishings on two floors with its own entrance and private south-facing terrace.

Each apartment has a size of 75 m² and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate toilet on the ground floor, an entrance area with a cloakroom, a high-quality kitchen with a dishwasher and the living / dining area with a pull-out bed sofa bed. For our little guests we are happy to provide a children's travel bed (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair.

Our apartments have free WiFi.

You are always welcome with us for a cuddle weekend, short vacation or long stay.

New from summer:
Our guests receive free entry to the Fischach natural swimming pool. The voucher can be redeemed at the ticket office in the natural swimming pool during normal opening hours.

Maison moderne et confortable en Bavière

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cette agréable maison, spacieuse et confortable. Ménage impeccable. Jardin bien entretenu et très agréable surtout avec le temps magnifique dont nous avons bénéficié. Melanie est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, elle vient vous accueillir et répond rapidement aux messages. Le quartier est très calme. Merci à Melanie et Wilhelm pour les entrées offertes à la piscine naturelle de Fischach qui était très agréable avec ces 31 au soleil. La jolie ville d’Augsburg est à 30min.Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent week-end et nous recommandons cette adresse !

Das Ferienhaus war einfach perfekt! Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – alles ist modern, sauber und sehr gut durchdacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle Einrichtung, die dem Haus eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre verleiht. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war hervorragend: Sie waren stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus in vollen Zügen genossen und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber und modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein- und Auschecken lief problemlos und es war alles da, was man braucht. Wunderbare Kurzreise

Haus und Gegend sind echt klasse. Viele kräftige Wälder, saftige Wiesen und Hügel. An Infrastrunktur ist uns aber nur ein Bäcker aufgefallen. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Lidl und Netto) fanden wir 5 km entfernt in Fischach. Nach Gaststätten haben wir nicht gesucht, da unser Sohn uns versorgt hat. Die Einrichtung ist nicht nur schön, sondern auch komplett. Zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge habe ich, die aber nicht in die Wertung eingehen. Die Wohnzimmercoach ist unbequem und der Fernseher dürfte ruhig größer sein.

Deze woning was uitstekend! Het huis is zeer netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ideaal is dat er 2 wc's zijn 1 op eerste verdieping en 1 op begane grond. Ligging in zeer rustige omgeving waardoor voor ons diverse wandelroutes vanuit de vakantiewoning bereikbaar zijn.

Ein wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren als Familie mit Kindern im Haus. Unsere späte Anreise war kein Problem und auch der telefonische Kontakt mit der Vermieterfamilie war einfach. Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet, sehr sauber und durchdacht. Im Garten kann man die Abendsonne genießen und einen Gutschein fürs Naturfreibad gibt es auch.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist einfach nur zu empfehlen! Sie ist schön groß, gepflegt, sauber, sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Auch die Vermieter sind super nett und auch die Nachbarn.
