45 sqm apartment for max 2 adults and 2 children in Verl-Kaunitz, for rent. 3 adults are also possible.
It is a 2 room apartment in a 5 family house and was completed in January 2020. All furniture was newly purchased.
The apartment has a large living / dining room with a kitchenette.
Kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, dining table with 4 seats.
Equipment living room: Falchbildfernsehen 32 "with Internet connection, sofa, pull-out as a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children
There is a bedroom with 2 beds (140x200 and 90x200), a large wardrobe.
Bathroom equipment: toilet, sink, shower and towel radiator.
The parking lot is directly at the house.
The special thing is that it is of course a self-contained apartment. In addition, the entire house was renovated and just finished. So this apartment too. Everything was selected and designed as if we were moving in ourselves.

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Eine modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, leider an einer sehr viel befahrenen Straße, dafür in guter Lage mit kurzen Entfernungen zu attraktiven Großstädten. Sehr professioneller Vermieter mit absolut unkomplizierter Abwicklung.

Alles prima, schön eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Kurzaufenthalt zu dritt.

Verl - Kaunitz

Unser Urlaub war supppiiii. Die Ferienwohnung war schön eingerichtet, sauber und der Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wir würden sofort wieder dort Urlaub machen, was wir auch demnächst machen.
