The newly created, Nordic modern two-room holiday apartment is located in the attic very close to the busy harbor, near the delightful Reventloustrasse and the Probsteier Platz with various shops, shopping and breakfast options at various bakeries, cafés and restaurants.
A few steps further ... the extensive beach with its fine, white sand. In summer you can enjoy pure bathing pleasure here, also in one of the colorful beach chairs. Not only during the day, ... also in the evening, while watching the sunset on the opposite side of the Kiel Fjord.

White and colorful sailing ships, imposing crusaders and container ships on their way to the Kiel Canal. Ahoy and ... full view ahead!
There are also a number of restaurants with different cuisine along the beach promenade and the characteristic harbor makes sailors' hearts beat faster.

A separate staircase leads into the bright and friendly holiday home thanks to the many window fronts. A wide hallway not only leads to all rooms, ... it keeps your jackets and rubber boots tidy in the winter and the slippers in the summer.

The living room, spacious and tasteful! With an open, really well-equipped kitchen and cooking or Kitchen counter. A good way to enjoy the diverse Laboer restaurant offer, also at home on your own stove. This is ensured by a 6-plate ceramic hob, the oven and a microwave as well as a large fridge with freezer compartment. So there are no limits to delicacies at home.
You can relax on the couch, which turns into a 1.60 m wide sofa bed at night. A flat screen TV with satellite connection provides entertainment just as much as the stereo system with CD player and the DVD player. A dining table between the kitchen and terrace invites. In good company and with good conversations, ... to eat, ... to laugh, ... to enjoy.

In front of it the roof terrace. Big! Characteristic wooden floor and upscale furniture here too! With a view over the rooftops of Laboe and down to the hustle and bustle of the street and the shops. The shower room is fresh and modern. A very large rain shower is just fun.
