About this property

Welcome to the anchor watch directly at the old fishing port of Laboe.

This approx. 60 m² maisonette apartment, renovated in 2016, is located on the 2nd Floor of the apartment building
"Hafen-Residenz" and can accommodate up to 4 adults and a baby. It has a long hall with wardrobe, shoe rack and mirror, an open living-dining area with kitchenette, 3-seater sofa and armchair and flat-screen TV, a separate bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and an open sleeping area with wicker double bed on the upper floor, which you can reach via a spiral staircase. The skylights there cannot be darkened. From the living room you can access the furnished roof balcony with a wonderful view of the harbor.

Your car will find its place in the underground garage - this is a lifting space (L 500cm x W 200cm x H 150cm).

Bicycles can be parked outside.
Washer and dryer (coin operated) are available in the basement.

Die Lage ist top und die Wohnung schön hell. Sofa und Sessel sehr bequem. Deko Material erscheint ..

Die Lage ist top und die Wohnung schön hell. Sofa und Sessel sehr bequem. Deko Material erscheint eher entsorgt als gezielt eingesetzt, dann vlt ganz weglassen. DAS Bett ist sehr niedrig, Matratze zu WEich, keine Spülmaschine!! Darauf sollte hingewiesen werden, bei 10 Tagen Aufenthalt ist dann aber auch nur 1 Geschirrtuch sehr sparsam, das Bett im oberen Bereich der Wohnung ist nur für junge sportliche Menschen erreichbar.
