This is a beautiful studio apartment with many cool amenities and incredibly beautiful views of Downtown Los Angeles. There are many restaurants around, Ralphs store right around the corner and on the other corner there is a Philz Coffee Shop. Two huge shopping malls near by and the Staples Center is just 3-4 blocks away. The pool and the jacuzzi are on the rooftop where you have tall skyscrapers as a view. There is also a gym and a game room in the building. Parking and laundry are available as well. Contact me if interested
