The apartment is 68 square meters, in house 6, apt. 145 of the holiday park and offers:

The bedroom with the single beds has no window, as does the children's room, I would like to point this out because some guests wrote in the reviews that it bothers them. I personally don't think it's bad because I have big sleep problems and I don't sleep as well as in this room. No daylight comes in here when the sliding door is closed, the temperature is always the same and I'm only in the room to sleep anyway.
The resort consists - also a criticism of some reviews - of buildings in prefabricated construction. But keep in mind - detached houses with apartments are a lot more expensive.

The Bikepark Hahnenklee is suitable for the very brave, where you can see the Bocksberg from a different perspective on different routes. In winter you have the opportunity to try 4 slopes with different levels of difficulty. Whether you are a beginner or a professional - you will find everything here that will make your ski heart beat faster. The toboggan run and natural ice rink also promise fun and games. You just want to hike and enjoy nature: In Hahnenklee there are 29 km of cleared paths in winter, guided hikes, e.g. B. 'Hike World Heritage Site 'or' Family Experience Tour '. You may also be interested in the Nordic stave church and you would like to listen to the Hahnenkleer Carillon. All this in a convenient location, without through traffic and good transport links to the world heritage city of Goslar with many sights.
The well-tended holiday park with over 700 holiday apartments offers large and small guests some attractive highlights: mini golf, table tennis, chess, adventure playground. Large meadows between the houses invite to ball games. The low ropes course and fitness equipment for adults round off the offer in the holiday park. The hiking or cross-country trails of the Harz nature park start right behind the holiday park. Particularly noteworthy is the first premium hiking trail in the Harz Mountains, the Liebesbankweg and of course the Hahnenkleer highlight: The Bocksberg has been expanded into an adventure Bocksberg with summer toboggan run, bike park Hahnenklee, Bocksbergjump, Bocksberghütte, trampoline, electric cars, Circle of Life, viewing platform and forest adventure playground on the summit of the Hahnenkleer local mountain. You can get to the Bocksberg on foot with a hike through the picturesque nature or comfortably with the cable car and the 4-seater chairlift, which went into operation in 2014.
Other leisure options: indoor swimming pool, natural bathing pond in Kuttelbach, trips to nearby Goslar with its historic old town and the next larger Upper Harz town of Clausthal-Zellerfeld. Numerous museums and other leisure activities await you there, e.g. B. Carriage ride through the old town, Rammelsberg mine, glass blowing, shopping in the business passage
Other activities: table tennis and mini golf in the holiday park, badminton (rackets are in the apartment), indoor swimming pool in the Carea Hotel Harzhöhe next door for discounted use.
Ski: There are fantastic winter sports opportunities in Hahnenklee:
2 cross-country trails that start directly behind the holiday park. Our apartment is extremely popular with cross-country skiers because the cross-country ski run runs right by the apartment.
Bocksberg: downhill fun on 5 slopes with different levels of difficulty is guaranteed. The longest run is 1500 m and can also be covered with snow guns. This is the crow's nest run - the longest run in the Harz. There are 2 tow lifts and 1 children's lift. The toboggan run is also 1500 m long, making it one of the longest toboggan runs in the Harz Mountains and can be easily reached by cable car. 2 ski schools offer ski and snowboard courses. And of course you can rent skis, sleds, skates and snowboards in Hahnenklee. But you get a sledge from us for free, it belongs to the winter equipment of our apartments.
The indoor swimming pool and wellness area of the Hotel Harzhöhe are a 5-minute walk away for a reduced fee. Tourist tax: € 2.30 per night for adults and € 1.15 per night per child from 6 years. In winter our little guests look forward to a free sled. Free wifi.
