Vacation home Übersee with water view

The holiday home Übersee is located high above the Black Lake, a little south of Mirow in the small village of Schwarz. The modern wooden house is right on the edge of the sloping terrain. From all rooms you have wonderful views over the lake and into the vastness of the landscape.
The light-flooded house is simply and tastefully furnished. It offers 2 bedrooms with 1 large double bed or 2 single beds. Additional sleeping spaces can be set up in a large open space on the ground floor.
An open dining, living and kitchen space shapes the volume of the house. Above it is a gallery with a wonderfully wide view of the lake and fields.
Early risers enjoy the first rays of sunshine on the wooden terrace. Late risers unfortunately miss this, but find plenty of opportunities in and around the house to follow the sun until evening.
Even when the sun goes down, it remains flooded with light and cozy. Switching off is literally meant here: there is no wifi and no television, but there is a view even from the bathtub. The sauna provides warmth and relaxation on rainy or cold winter days.
The house "Übersee" is only 150 m away on foot from the small idyllic bathing place on Lake Black. A large swimming area is located in about 15 minutes on foot along the lake or 5 minutes by car. You will also find an Italian restaurant and a playground above it. Black lies between Rheinsberg and Neustrelitz, the southern Müritz is only about 15 minutes away by car. Mirow with its diverse shopping facilities is 8 km away.
