Es war ein super schöner Urlaub. Leider war die couch eine kleinere als wie auf den Bildern.Ein Backofen war leider auch nucht vorhanden dafür aber ein Grill den wir super gebrauchen konnten. Die kinderanimation war super! Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Vorab,das Interieur entspricht nicht der angezeigten Bilder. Die Couch die man dort sieht ist gar nicht mehr existent,sondern nur eine 2er Couch.Die Aussenanlage ist kein bisschen gepflegt. Nun zur Unterkunft selber,nach unserer Ankunft durften wir erstmal weit über 1 Stunde putzen. Die Couch,die Betten,der Esstisch alles war voller Hundehaare und dreckig. Die Stühle waren verschmutzt,im Kühlschrank lagen noch Essensreste, vor der Toilette war eine Urinpfütze,im Waschbecken lagen Haare usw. Dies hatten wir alles gemeldet und erhielten nur eine lapidare Antwort:"Wir hätten das ja nicht machen brauchen,sondern einfach nur anrufen und dann wäre eine Reinigungsfirma gekommen" Bitte was? Dachte man bezahlt für die Endreinigung????? Fazit: Der Platz ist sehr schön,doch das Mobilheim war eine Zumutung.

Was für unseren Urlaub alles super waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde und die Lage ist auch sehr Zentral alles gepasst aöles super kommen gerne wieder.

Schlechter Zustand
Die Decke blättert ab, die Fußleisten sind verlebt und und kaputt. Die Fenster sind undicht und haben Löcher im Fensterrahmen. Die Heizung kann das Chalet nicht aufwärmen. Der Wasserkocher tropfte, Ersatz war nicht möglich. Ausstattung sehr spartanisch, sowie die Einrichtung, vieles kaputt. Keins der alten Chalets würde ich wieder buchen !

Unfassbar! Da kann nur noch ein Anwalt helfen!
Das schlechteste zuerst: Das Mobilheim hätte uns garnicht vermietet werden dürfen, da seit fast 1 Jahr die Überprüfung der Gasanlage abgelaufen ist! Außerdem hat es dort ausgesehen „wie Sau“, sodass wir garnicht erst eingezogen sind! Alles in allem unfassbar und unmöglich! Wir werden morgen entsprechende Wege einleiten um an unser Geld zu kommen!
