The child-friendly non-smoking holiday home offers 85 m² of space for up to 6 people on 2 floors.

Ground floor:
- Small entrance area with hall cloakroom and shoe rack
- Guest toilet with window
- Spacious living / dining area with pull-out sofa bed (sleeping for 1 - 2 people), satellite TV, radio
- Open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle .....
- Stairs to the upper floor

- 2 bedrooms with wardrobe - in the larger one is an additional bed (one bedroom has a satellite TV)
- Shower room with walk-in shower, toilet and vanity
- cot and high chair

- Partially covered terrace with furniture and grill, as well as adjacent lawn

- Free parking directly at the house
- Playground in the holiday complex

Since the holiday home is almost in the middle of the Harz Mountains in the immediate vicinity, there are many interesting and varied leisure activities for nature lovers and holidaymakers here, such as: B. Hikes to the Brocken, Pullmann City, Harzadrenalin ...

If you do not want to bring your own bed linen and / or towels, you can rent them from us and pay for them on site.
There is a one-time charge of € 8.00 for bed linen and a single charge of € 3.00 per person for towels (1 shower towel / 1 hand towel).

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per house.

In consideration of subsequent guests, we only welcome house-trained dogs as welcome guests (stay only on the ground floor !!!!)who also don’t go to the sofa (except for small dogs with their own blankets) and if the weather conditions are bad (e.g. Rain or muddy weather) must be cleaned before entering the holiday home. If this is guaranteed, four-legged friends are welcome!

If you only travel with 2 people, we will only provide you with 1 bedroom. If you need 2 bedrooms, you can book this on site with a surcharge of € 5.00 per night.
