Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Easy checkout empty trash cans and dump in black bin in front.
All towels used in a pile in each bathroom. Garage door opener placed back on kitchen counter.
Load dishwasher with your used plates and cups. No pots pans or knives in dishwasher those are hand washed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking of any kind near or around home. Not outside of home on patios or balconies. Immediate termination and fee.

This place is amazing! Everything you need is there and everything is marked for easy find. Home was very clean, beautifully decorated and just so comfortable. The owner is very available for any questions we had. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future for out of town guests! Thanks for a fabulous stay!!
