This home being a single level is great for those who may have knee or back issues. This is in a safe, quiet neighborhood of well maintained homes. This is a great safe neighborhood just a block from the nice public golf course. It has easy access from the freeway off ramp just 2 miles south. Medical hospital is 1 mile away and huge new shopping complex is 4 miles down the street. This home is all on one level
