About this property
THE WISHING STAR — Immaculate 1985 Prevost Luxury Conversion Bus of the Year
Experience the magic of Wallowa County from this beautiful Prevost bus! Prevost makes the finest coaches in the world, and this beautiful unit, “The Wishing Star” features unique amenities that will have you smiling for your entire Wallowa County vacation. It’s no wonder new Prevost coaches start at over 3 million dollars. This particular unit left the factory with a $650,000 price tag…in 1985. Live it up!
Choose where you’d like to glamp. Fishing the rivers, hunting the backwoods or photographing the canyons? The action is right out the 500lb silky smooth door of The Wishing Star. Enjoy Wallowa Lake, take in Majestic valley views or get far away from it all. RV Park? Campground? Boondock? It’s up to you! You choose the spot (we can help), and we’ll set this luxury machine up for an unforgettable Wallowa County vacation.
The Wishing Star is adorned with timeless riveted stainless steel on the outside and gorgeous Honduran mahogany and white leather inside. She’s a true masterpiece that exudes craftsmanship rarely seen these days. Relax by the electric fireplace (there are multiple sources of heat and three air conditioners). Enjoy all of the convenience of a full kitchen and quaint soapstone banquet for your dining pleasure. We’ll pull the many awnings and set up a fantastic outdoor area as well.
The Wishing Star was designed for comfort. What’s more comfortable than two bathrooms to make mornings easy? How about top grade toilet paper? These are airplane toilets, not rv latrines. It’s the little things, friends. How about a real queen bed? Rolling over in this 44,000 pound bus won’t shake it. Again, so many little things. No offense to Winnebago, but this is a different animal.
Enjoy satellite internet, television, sound system, board games, yard games, and more! Want to tidy up mid vacation? Plug in the central vac or do a load of laundry in the washer/dryer combo unit. The Wishing Star has been upgraded for your pleasure and convenience while retaining the classic original charm of this coach.
Featuring a rear bedroom and living area in front, The Wishing Star is ideal for a couple looking to make unforgettable memorie in this majestic corner of the world. A daybed couch will sleep a third, but additional guests would need other accommodations. The Wishing Star is equipped with available tents for such needs.
Along with 1500 watts of solar, a 12,500 watt generator is available for power. 50 amp service in parks or other locations where available is preferred, though lesser power service can suffice. With the Wishing Star, you’ll have options!
Make your next Wallowa County vacation as incredible as can be. Rent The Wishing Star! We look forward to answering any questions and hosting you soon!
