The private neighborhood is surrounded by trees & flowers. If you’re lucky, you might see some wild deer and local osprey! Only minutes away from great restaurants, shopping & recreational activities in Mooresville/Lake Norman areas, Lowes' Head Offices, Davidson College, and a quick drive to all that Charlotte has to offer.

The property is ideal for family reunions, executive retreats, friend get-togethers. Wake up in the most relaxed and serene waterfront environment. Amazing lake views from most windows and a huge boat slip. Bring your own boat or rent one from the many marinas nearby! Enjoy waterfront living on our huge deck that spans the entire length of the house!

We provide a complimentary starter kit for your comfort, including bath/beach towels, extra sets of bed linens, hand soap, dish soap, trash can liners, and toilet paper. Please only take the beach towels not the white towels outside.
