Mein Urlaub im Klabautermann / Warnemünde

Hallo, die Wohnung selbst ist super. Allerdings gibt es zur Ausstattung diverse Mängel anzuführen. Wanduhr funktioniert nicht, TV -Fernbedienung funktioniert nicht. Beide Mängel wurden in schnell behoben. Fernbedienung wurde getauscht, funktionierte aber auch dann mehr schlecht als recht. Angebotene Senderwahl war mehr als gewöhnungsbedürftig. Gebucht habe ich diese Wohnung u.a. wegen der großen Terrasse mit Strandkorb. Leider war der Strandkorb in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Sitzpolster aufgerissen mit Brandfleck. Alle Stoffsegmente mit Stockflecken oder verschimmelt. Ich saß dann halt optional auf den Balkonstühlen, wobei ein Exemplar mit Paketklebeband ! stümperhaft repariert wurde. Die Mängel sind definitiv nicht erst kürzlich entstanden. Da fragt man sich natürlich, warum sind diese Mängel nicht bei den div. Reinigungen der Wohnung aufgefallen bzw. warum wurden diese nicht beseitigt? Stattdessen wurden diese Mängel den nächsten Mietern genau so zugemutet !!! Aufgrund mehrerer Staus in Rostock (Anreise mit Flixbus) konnte ich den Abholtermin für den Wohnungsschlüssel um 18.00 nicht einhalten. Die angebotene Zwischenlagerung des Schlüssels in einem kleinen Außensafe direkt neben dem Eingang zu Agentur war wirklich eine super Idee, kostete mich dann allerdings 15 Euro !!! Fazit: Ich habe für 4 Übernachtungen inkl. Kurtaxe rd.800 Euro bezahlt. Aufgrund o.a. Mängel war ich vom Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis mehr als enttäuscht. Schade !!!
