It is our pleasure to host you at our recently remodeled `cabin in the woods` with a jacuzzi! We are located in one of the most sought-after parts of Big Bear- close to the slopes, The Village (restaurants, shopping), trail heads, the Lake, and the Convention Center. We preserved the original A-Frame charm while bringing in lots of modern design and comfort. Enjoy the stocked kitchen, private garage, open floor plan and tons of outdoor space! Relax with the whole family at our peaceful retreat.

The Setup
We wanted to blend rustic and woodsy cabin life with modern design and luxurious comforts! The living area floor plan is wide open, so you can cook breakfast while others curl up with a coffee and book on the couch. After a short drive to the slopes, unwind in the jacuzzi or enjoy a glass of wine on the patio with lake views. This is our family cabin and we absolutely love this space—please let us know if you need anything at all.

Living Room
Wide open living space with black high ceilings, dining table for 5, open kitchen with large island, TV with Nintendo, Netflix streaming, board games, seating for up to 5, and central heating and cooling.

Kitchen & Dining
Fully remodeled kitchen with custom floating shelves, new appliances, fully stocked cookware, glassware and utensils, dishwasher, and a modern round dining table seating 5.

Bedrooms
Two bedrooms: one King and one Queen. Both include mirrors, luggage racks, bedside tables, dressers, closets with hangers, and cozy layered bedding.

Living Room Sleeping Area
Couch pulls out into a comfortable queen bed.

Bathroom
Remodeled bathroom with terra cotta tile flooring, bathtub, large vanity, floating shelves, luxury toilet, bright shower tile, matte black showerhead, plush bath sheets, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers.

Garage
Dry, spacious garage fits one large car plus an additional driveway parking spot.

The Spot
Located in one of the first neighborhoods entering Big Bear via Highway 18. Walking distance to trailheads, 2-minute walk to Happy Hills trailhead, short drive to the lake, slopes, Convention Center, and The Village.

Security Deposit
No security deposit required. Please message usr if anything breaks—we’re happy to help.

Jacuzzi
Outdoor jacuzzi available 7AM–10PM. Towels located in the utility room.

Outdoor Amenities
Outdoor seating, gas firepit, bocce ball, and corn hole.

House Rules
No parties. Strictly enforced. $500 per person per day/night for unregistered guests.

Security & Noise Awareness
Two outdoor security cameras (garage and front door). NoiseAware technology used only if house rules may be violated.

EV Outlet
Electric vehicle outlet next to driveway. Bring your own charging cable.

Guests are required to sign the City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy via electronic acknowledgment prior to check-in.

Trash: Trash may NOT be stored in the house or outside. You must take the trash across the street to the trash facility at 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Big Bear has a strict sound ordinance. Please be aware of your volume outside and never play music outside. We utilize `NoiseAware` technology to alert us when guests are too loud.

Jacuzzi is closed 10PM-7AM (also by citywide ordinance).

Pull-out bedding is in the utility room.
