Leider stimmt die Kommunikation im Vorfeld nicht ganz

Ich habe extra über den Filter eine Unterkunft mit incl. Parkplatz bei der Unterkunft gesucht. Leider wurde mir bei Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass es diesen nicht gibt. Nur ein Park & Ride Parkplatz wurde genannt, der zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss. Das finde ich sehr dreist, habe dies auch gleich angesprochen. Ausssage von Seiten des Vermieters war: "Das ist der Fehler von FeWo-direkt. Die bringen das auf ihrer Webseite so nicht hin, das dies ersichtlich ist. Das hab ich schon öfter gehabt." Meine Meinung nach hätte man dies in der Kontaktaufnahme nach Buchung explizit erwähnen können - wenn man schon weiß, das dies ein Problem ist. Immerhin wird ja damit geworben und dann nicht erfüllt. Die Unterkunft war schön gestaltet, allerdings ist das Schlafsofa eher für Kinder gedacht, da es eher zu eng für 2 Personen ist. Noch dazu sind die Fenster auf Höhe des Schlafsofas nicht verdunkelbar, sodass einem das Hoflicht nachts ins Gesicht scheint, wenn der Bewegungssensor draußen anspringt (was öfter passiert). Fazit: Wenn einen nicht stört, dass man keinen Parkplatz (wie beworben) erhält und nur zu zweit reist ist es eine schöne Unterkunft.
