This luxury Finca offers 3 bedrooms with bathroom en suite, large living and dining area, modern and complete kitchen + several sunny and shaded terraces. Air condition in all bedrooms, central heating in all rooms. Free internet access.
Situated very tranquil on a 15000m2 plot of land apx. 5 carminutes from sandy beaches, shops and restaurants. Various golf courses are within 15-20 carminutes.
Very comfortably furnished with full AIR CONDITIONING the accommodation (260m2) is all on one floor and offers: Entance hall - Living/Dining room and lounge area with access to the garden terraces - Fully fitted modern kitchen incl. dishwasher and laundry room - Guests cloakroom. Three spacious twin bedrooms each with en-suite bath/shower room. Central heating for out of season lets - AVAILABLE ALL YEAR. On arrival is a fruit hamper with produce from the estate.
