New 5 bedroom 3 bath home. 2 king, 2 queen 2 twin. Large front and back porch.Abundant parking. 1 block from our fishing village. Within walking distance to newly built Parker Pier and park. Free night stay when you book a fishing charter with our in-house captain. Complementary kayaks and paddle boards. Sun deck on the bay along with picnic area. Boat dock has electric, water and fish cleaning table. Boat slips $25/night. 30 minute drive to the nearest Panama City Beach and 17 miles to Mexico Beach. Neighbouring unit right next door for larger groups. This unit is part of East Bay Fishing Village which caters to all things in and around the water. We have 20 short term rentals in the village and there is something for everyone to do. Visit our "Beach Library and Bait Shed" for beach supplies and some fishing supplies. We have deep freezers for you to store your bait and your catch!
