Finca Ponte in Porreres

Stylish finca with pool and marvellous views close to Porreres. Finca Ponte has been renovated with style and attention to detail. The house offers modern comfort combined with the style and character of a Mallorcan farmhouse. The house is ample and wide and has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

The finca is located in the quiet, urban surroundings of Porreres and offers very nice views of the rolling hills and the countryside. The small country town is still very traditional and give a very good idea of Mallorcan life in the countryside. Take a rest in one of the small bars, on a shady square or a street side café and enjoy the slow pace of life here, which is so different from the buzz of the seaside resorts. There are shopping facilities and supermarkets in the centre, but also in nearby Campos, which is only 10 minutes drive away. By car, the popular beach of Es Trenc is in approx. 25 to 30 minutes reach, the old town of Palma in 35 minutes reach. The area around Porreres is a good training ground for cyclers and offers anything from easy to demanding routes in a very beautiful countryside.

On the ground floor of Finca Ponte is an open dining room that connects to the open spacious kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to the laundry room. There is also a TV room with DVD player, two twin bedrooms -beds together- and two separate shower rooms. On the first floor there is a living room with Satellite TV, closed wood stove and an adjacent toilet. The first floor counts with three double bedrooms with integrated open shower room. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms.

Finca Ponte belongs to a small hamlet with two country houses is semi-detached.

Finca Ponte has a very nice outdoor area with pool, sun terrace, various possibilities to dine or enjoy a relaxed drink, brick built BBQ and outdoor shower. There is a hammock to relax in the shades of the trees and a playground and lawns for the children to play.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.
On the day of arrival, a €300 deposit will be charged to a credit card to be nominated in advance, which will be refunded after departure following inspection and approval of the house by the property management.
Group bookings whose participants are all under 30 years of age cannot be accepted.
No pets please.

Minimum stay is one week, individual days can be added in low season.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
