Villa Genaro in Porto Petro

Modern villa for 12 people in a quiet area between Cala Egos, Cala D'Or and Porto Petro. Villa Genaro has a large heated pool and several terraces, including a roof terrace.

Villa Genaro is located between Porto Petro and Cala d'Or in a quiet area within walking distance of the centre/beach of Cala Egos.
Porto Petro is a former fishing port with lots of charm, a harbour promenade and lovely restaurants. The centre and the harbour are about 1.5 km away from Villa Genaro.

The sandy bay of Cala Egos in Cala d'Or is about 800 m away, and the centre of this district with restaurants, shops and a supermarket is about 1.1 km away. The luxurious marina of Cala d'Or is conveniently located 2 to 3 minutes away by car. Here you will find several excellent restaurants with views of the yachts and the sea. A short walk from the harbour is the pedestrian zone with chic boutiques, restaurants, bars and typical Mediterranean flair. Cala D'Or and its various districts have 7 beaches, several rocky coves and a wide range of leisure, sports and water sports activities.

The villa is a good starting point for excursions in the surrounding area, for example to the small town of Santanyi, which is popular with locals and holidaymakers alike for its exclusive shops and good restaurants. The south-east coast itself is known for its many beautiful beaches and bays and is appreciated by cyclists for its challenging and particularly scenic routes.

Villa Genaro extends over two floors plus a roof terrace and is equipped with modern amenities. The ground floor features an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and an adjoining living room. Next to the living room is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. A hallway next to the kitchen leads to two further bedrooms. One of these has two single beds and an adjoining bathroom with shower. The other bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also provides access to the pool area.

An external staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a living room with access to a small terrace with stunning views of the harbour of Porto Petro. There are three further bedrooms on this floor. One of these has two single beds, the other a double bed. Adjacent to these bedrooms is a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The last bedroom has a double bed, its own living room, a bathroom with shower and access to a small terrace from which steps lead down to the pool area.

All bedrooms and the living and dining areas have air conditioning with temperature control.

Villa Genaro has a spacious pool area, several terraces and a roof terrace with a fantastic view.

The pool area has a large sun terrace with sun loungers. Adjacent to the covered terrace is a barbecue area with a barbecue, work surface, sink and refrigerator. The covered terrace is furnished with lounge furniture and overlooks the pool.

Next to the pool is a dining area, which can be shaded by a large awning if required. The living room on the first floor has access to a terrace. From this terrace, stairs lead to the roof terrace with a chill-out area and stunning views of Porto Petro.

The pool is heated. The water is heated to a temperature of 28 °C.

Children are welcome, and a cot and high chair are available on request. Second cot/high chair available on request.
Pets are not permitted.
Capsule coffee machine and filter coffee machine.
Smart TV, no satellite TV.

The minimum stay is one week, but individual extension days are possible.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
One change of bed linen, one change of towels and a light interim cleaning are included for stays of two weeks or more.
On the day of arrival, a €300 deposit will be charged to a credit card to be specified in advance. This deposit will be refunded after departure, once the property has been checked and approved by the property management company.
