This four bedroom one storey Finca Auba is ideally situated between Pollensa and Alcudia with very nice views across the lovely S'Alburefeta wetland area to the Bay of Pollensa, Formentor peninsula and the mountains behind Pollensa.


All in all, a comfortable Finca Auba in a perfect spot close to beaches and the old towns of Pollensa and Alcudia, ideal for family holidays.


Inside, the kitchen, which has access to a further covered terrace, is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and a breakfast table. From here is a large lounge/dining area with seating for eight around the table and two sofas, TV with satellite channels, CD and DVD player.

The four bedrooms and two bathrooms are on either side of this lounge diner. On one side there is a large and bright double room, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and a shower. On the opposite side there are two twin bedrooms which also share a bathroom with a bath and a shower. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning for the hot summer nights. At the back of the house there is another shower-bathroom with its own entrance, a laundry area and a further lawn area.


Finca Auba is set in an open farmland area whilst enjoying its own private garden with pool and hedged lawn area perfect for children to play in. Next to this there is a covered terrace with seating for a large family to dine al fresco on the warm summer evenings and also a barbecue for preparing the meat. An outside set of steps leads up to a lovely furnished and railed roof terrace from which to contemplate the excellent panorama.
