Luxury Wooden Villa Albert in Forested Area with Stunning Countryside Views

The sustainable wooden houses Tine, Dirk, and Albert are set in a fantastic location with wide views over the open Salland landscape, giving you plenty of space to relax and enjoy nature. Each house sits on a spacious green plot of about 600 m², featuring an authentic veranda and parking for two cars. Throughout the day, you can listen to birdsong and admire beautiful sunsets.



These two-story houses are fully equipped and extremely comfortable. Thanks to excellent insulation, they stay cool in summer and warm in winter. Dirk and Albert each have three bedrooms with double beds, which can be separated into six singles. Tine has two larger bedrooms with electric double beds, is in the best spot, and is ideal for up to four guests. All houses are similarly furnished and equally spacious.



Amenities include fast fiber optic WiFi, a smart TV with many channels, ViaPlay with Dutch and sports channels, Netflix, a soundbar with subwoofer for cinema-quality sound, an infrared sauna at each house, a shed for storing and charging bikes, a cot/playpen and high chair, a modern bathroom with WC, jacuzzi, underfloor heating, and luxury rain shower, limescale-free water, washing machine and dryer, underfloor heating downstairs, a cozy see-through fireplace, toilet and urinal on the ground floor, a luxury kitchen with full equipment including dishwasher, Nespresso, filter coffee maker, Senseo, oven, microwave, and hairdryer. Bed linen, kitchen linen, and towels are included. On the veranda, you’ll find outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There’s a 50-meter adjustable fence to keep your dog(s) safe.
