Tranquil Tides by the shores of Chincoteague

At this Chincoteague rental wake up and enjoy your cup of coffee overlooking the sights of Assateague Island from your second story condo. This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo has amazing views of the Assateague Lighthouse, waterfowl, and of course: ponies! This waterfront property boasts a floating dock that is great for crabbing, fishing, kayaking, and boating, complete with your own designated boat slip. The condo features three split heating and AC units, two flat screen TVs, DIRECTV, and high speed Wifi with a desk perfect for remote working.



The master bedroom features a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom includes a bunk (full) beds with pull out twin trundle bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, tea kettle, crab steam pot, dishwasher, toaster, oven, microwave, and much more!



There is a bike rack on the property along with multiple charcoal grills. The dock also has a fish cleaning station to prepare your catch of the day. You can find kayak rentals right down the road.


Linens and soap are NOT provided. Please bring your own sheets, towels, and toiletries.



Absolutely no smoking and no pets allowed at the property.
