Guests will have private access to the entire duplex (both the first floor and the garden unit). This includes all 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, both kitchens, the poker lounge, foosball area, and the private rear patio.
Internal Connection The two units are connected by an interior door and staircase, allowing you to move freely between floors without going outside. However, both units also have their own exterior entrances for added convenience.
Keyless Entry The home is equipped with a keyless lock system for convenient check-in. You will be provided with a unique code to enter through the front door. Your code will remain active for the full duration of your stay.
Entrance/Exit For security, please use the main entrance (Unit 1 front door) for primary entry.
Parking
Garage: Onsite garage parking available for $25 per 2-day duration (prices vary on game/event days).
Street: Permits available for $10/day per car with advance notice. Please note Zone 383 permits do not guarantee a spot due to Wrigleyville demand.
