The apartment consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate a maximum of 2 people (children included). The child-friendly apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a television, a baby cot, a changing table and a highchair. Furthermore, the apartment offers a shared covered terrace which is furnished with a long table and chairs and where you can enjoy delicious barbecued meals from the shared barbecue. Please note that the outdoor area is shared with the guests of the other apartment on the property. Due to its excellent location, just 100 m from the old town, shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and the nearest supermarket can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. Spiaggia di Simius beach is just a 23-minute walk (1.9 km) or a 6-minute drive away (2.1 km) and there is a local shuttle bus that takes you to the 21 beaches in Villasimius.

Parking spaces are available on the property, however, due to its location in the city centre, it is very difficult to find a parking space on the street. There is a gate at the start of the alleyway and at the entrance to the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The apartment is LGBT friendly.
