About this property

Pretty house a few steps from the sea. The house is located in a well-known residential tourist resort in southern Sardinia, less than 30 min. from Cagliari and only 15 km from the renowned Villasimius.
The house is surrounded on three sides by a well-kept garden with a patio for outdoor dining, a barbecue and an outdoor shower as well as a parking space.
It is arranged on two levels.
On the ground floor it consists of a living area with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a comfortable double bedroom.
Upstairs there is another bathroom with shower and another double bedroom which enjoys a pleasant panoramic view.
The maximum availability can reach 6 beds using the sofa bed in the living room.

Nice house near the beach!

Everything was fine, house is nice, badrooms are great. Showers are just small, but works fine. If you are over 120kg I think it could be a little problem to get into. It's located very close to the beach, about 400m.
