The house is equipped with a HVAC system, flat screen TVs, Keurig and drip coffee pots and a gas grill. Whether you’re getting ready for a day out on the beach or winding down, the large deck is great for enjoying your morning coffee or gathering for afternoon drinks. The views from the top deck are amazing! The dinning table has enough room for everyone to gather for dinner or games. This amazing duplex invites guests to relax and enjoy every moment. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at The “C” Shore East.

Please make sure all dishes are cleaned and put away. If renting both sides of the duplex, Please keep items from one side of the duplex to other separate.
All trash is emptied from house and trash bins are placed by the road by scheduled time and day. Trash schedule is located on the refrigerator.
Please remove all personal items from the outside of the property, trash, floats, toys, shells, chairs, etc.
