I’d like to clarify a couple of points from your stay. Regarding the internet, there was unfortunately a power outage affecting the entire area on your first day, which temporarily impacted connectivity. This was outside of our control and impacted all properties nearby.
Additionally, we were disappointed with the condition the house was left in after your departure. We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules and leave the property in a reasonable state, which was not the case on this occasion.
We always aim to provide a great experience and maintain high standards for all guests, and we trust future stays — whether with us or other hosts will reflect better adherence to property guidelines.
