The cozy “Casa Via del Mare” is situated in Simius, in the scenic southeast of Sardinia and close to Villasimius and the beach. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, a television and a child's bed. The private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace and a stone barbecue is perfect for relaxing evenings with family or friends. There you can also refresh yourself under the outdoor shower. You can find supermarkets, restaurants and cafés in Villasimius, only 2.3 km (5-minute drive) from the property, while the closest beach, Spiaggia di Is Traias, is 300 m away (5-minute walk) away. Close to the beach is a bar, where you can enjoy local seafood. Spiaggia di Simius can be reached on foot within 15 minutes (800 m).
