Welcome to Endless Summer 30A — A recently built, thoughtfully designed beach retreat in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach/Santa Rosa Beach. With a prime location and upscale finishes, our home offers the perfect balance of coastal charm and modern surroundings.

Located south of 30a, Endless Summer is a beautiful vacation home, within a short stroll along the sidewalk to the beach and walkable to local dining, shops, bike trails and more. With 4 bedrooms, a bonus bunk room and 3.5 baths, we can host up to 14 guests.
This two-story residence exudes southern charm featuring a columned veranda that welcomes you to a spacious front porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing, perfect for relaxing with a refreshing beverages.
If you're searching for the ultimate relaxation, take advantage of the multi level back deck and spacious private pool, which can be optionally heated if vacationing during the cooler months of the year!

Upon entry, guests are greeted with an abundance of natural light streaming through the windows, upscale flooring and open concept living spaces which seamlessly flow together.
The main level boasts stylish furnishings throughout, a comfortable living space and elegant dining area which flow into a fully equipped, chef’s kitchen. It has a charming aesthetic while remaining super functional with stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry. The huge center island is a favorite gathering spot and offers additional seating for dining and socializing.
Perfect for multi-generational families and guests who prefer not to use stairs, this floor also has a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. Finally, a separate powder room and a laundry room are accessed from this level for added convenience.
On the second floor, the primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, walk in closet and access to a private screened porch overlooking the pool. The luxurious ensuite bathroom features double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub. There are two additional guest bedrooms, each with queen-size beds. An additional bonus bunk room holds four twin beds. Each of the rooms offer flatscreen TVs for your evening entertainment. A hall bathroom with a walk-in shower is also available for guests' convenience on the second floor.

This exceptional 30A beach home is conveniently located within a short stroll from pristine white-sand beaches. Gulf Place, the charming coastal village center with specialty shops, restaurants, yoga, nail studio and more, is located within a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive. At Gulf Place, you'll find several restaurants, shops, services such as nails and yoga just to name a few, as well as a palm-lined outdoor amphitheater which hosts musical concerts, art shows, and festivals.

Nearby restaurants like Local Catch, Shunk Gully, Goatfeathers and Papa Surf are all within walking distance and consistently top the list of locals’ and visitors’ favorite hangouts for beachy vibes and excellent food.
