Very quiet, cozy apartment with 9o m2 of living space. Covered terrace with seating, grill and view of the garden. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room (with satellite.-TV) with attached dining room, a bedroom with a large, new bed (the picture shows the old, smaller bed), a bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the entrance area there is a cloakroom and a guest toilet.

Parking in front of the house. Bicycles can be parked theft-proof.
Direct city bus connection (2 minutes on foot), outdoor swimming pool (5 minutes on foot) City center approx. 4 km away (bus approx. 12 min. On foot approx. 40 min.) Moselle cycle path starts after about 1 km.

Ferienwohnung mit toller, hochwertiger Ausstattung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und wirklich mit Allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Möbel sind sehr hochwertig, die Betten sehr gut und das Bad ein Traum. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und kann im Sommer auch gut beschattet werden. Die Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist ideal. Zum Bus läuft man 5 Minuten und kann direkt in die Stadt fahren. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich. Trier selbst hat viel zu bieten und das Umland ist wunderschön. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Perfekt in Trier

Sehr schöne, ebenerdige FEWO mit reichlich Platz und Allem, was man braucht, Bequemes Bett, tolles Bad. Insgesamt SEEEEHR hochwerige Materialien. Riesige Echtholzküche mit gemütlicher Essecke. Tolle, überdachete Laube mit Gasgrill. Super nette Gastgeber. Vielen Dank nochmals für die schöne Zeit. Wir werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen und die Werbetrommel im Bekanntenkreis rühren.
