you a clean, classic & cozy design with space to spread out, private bedroom suites on
every level, and access to one of the most amenity-rich communities in the Branson
area. With wooded views, multiple outdoor spaces, and resort-style pools just steps
away, this home is designed for families, multi-generation groups, and friends traveling together.

The space
This three-level house/cabin comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests and features four
bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The layout balances together-time with privacy, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their stay at their own pace.

Timbers Camp guests.

Post-Booking Requirement
Following confirmation of your reservation, guests are required to either submit a
refundable security deposit or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver.
Instructions and deadlines will be sent shortly after booking. Reservations are not considered fully complete until this step is fulfilled.
