• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, Ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, cross South Sea Pines Drive-- less than 5 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

POOL: Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

Poor Management

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home and paid in advance ($250 for 3days) for the pool to be heated. When we arrived, the pool was not heated. We waited a day, still no heat. I called management and emailed. No response to the email, although my call was returned. I was told the pool company forgot to heat the pool. No offer to have it turned on for the remainder of our stay and no confirmation of a refund. It was a bummer because the weather was cool for May and the kids would have enjoyed the pool (it was ice cold). After we returned home I did receive a refund and a coupon for $150 off a future stay (no thanks). The home is in a good location. The kitchen is very outdated. It’s too bad the management doesn’t have a handle in the pool situation and didn’t take care of the pool issue in a timely manner. Overpriced for the experience and location.

Perfect setup for large groups

Crisp, clean, and comfortable home with plenty of room for entertaining. Dinner table holds 12 people! Fantastic location near the beach and Salty Dog. Highly recommend this property.

Great thanksgiving family vacation home

It was so well equipped with everything we needed and the huge kitchen made working alongside each other easy. Many different places to hang out and easy walk to the beach (even for our 83 year old). JUST PERFECT

We rented this house for our wedding anniversary, we were hosting friends and family for a special dinner. The accommodations fit our family quite well. Each bedroom had its own bath, which was well appreciated with a large group. The entertainment area was totally open concept. Kitchen, dining room with seating for 14, and countertop with additional seating. We actually had a celebrity chef , Carlos Brown managed the meal. Beverly of BestNet was wonderful from beginning to end even helping to purchase surprise roses for my wife. I recommend this home and BestNet unequivocally. Thanks again

Beautiful home minutes from the beach

Home is beautiful and comes with tons of amenities! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the Salty Dog. Would definitely rent again!

Hilton Head Beach Getaway

This house was perfect for us and our extended family! The pool was loved by the kids and the short walk to the beach made it a daily occurrence. The house had no shortage of beach toys, chairs, carts, etc. The pictures for the house also don't do it justice in my opinion. It is much bigger than expected. We would definitely make this a yearly vacation!

The house was very clean and well equipped, everything we needed was provided. We just had to bring food and have fun. The kids enjoyed the separate livingroom and games provided, we used the smaller table in that room for puzzles. Everyone fit around the large table and the many bar stools allowed everyone to socialize together. We rented bikes and enjoyed the many paths on the island. Hope to be back when it is warmer to enjoy the pool and close beach access!

Great home!

Great house for large group and children. The massive kitchen, dining, and sitting area was great along with the living room and 2nd sitting area. Bedroom and bathroom layout was fantastic!
