The Rowdy Pelican: 5 BR, 6 BA House in Crystal Beach, Sleeps 22

You could not ask for a better beach vibe than at The Rowdy Pelican! In the desirable Holiday Beach neighborhood, this gorgeous home is close to shopping and restaurants, as well as a short walk or ride to the beach. Picture yourselves relaxing on the partially covered, furnished deck, enjoying a morning coffee (or an evening cocktail!) and the smell of salt air.

Comfy and colorful furnishings abound in the open living/dining/kitchen area. Gather around the large television to relax with a movie after your day at the beach, or just chat with friends and relatives in the spacious family room. The well-appointed kitchen features dual refrigerators, so you will have all the space you need for snacks and cold drinks. The large island seats 5, and offers plenty of room for preparing your favorite meals. You'll also find all the necessary dishes, glasses, pots/pans, and utensils, including a regular drip coffee maker. Under the glorious teal chandelier stands a large dining table (also great for game night) that seats 10. Additional amenities include two sets of washer/dryers, high speed internet, and a beach vibe like no other, thanks to the gorgeous custom coastal decor.

With over 2600 square feet, The Rowdy Pelican comfortable accommodates 22. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and a large ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms feature a king bed in each, and the final two bedrooms are bunk rooms that have 2 sets of queen over queen beds in each (4 beds per room!), and their own baths. All bedrooms have televisions, as well.

While the upstairs deck is amazing, the downstairs patio area has much to offer as well! You will find picnic tables, a charcoal grill, swings, and a bar area with a sink and seating. There is even a basketball goal in the driveway. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day spent in the sun and sand. There is ample room for parking, playing, and making memories with family and friends!

We sometimes experience power outages at Crystal Beach, but at The Rowdy Pelican you will not have to worry. This home is set up with a generator that can supply the whole home with power.

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with additional pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
