The Space:

Now is the time to plan your summer, fall, or if dreaming of snow, winter trips to Lake Tahoe-a beautiful place to visit every season. If you don't want to deal with the crowds book midweek, discounts are in place. Come enjoy Tahoe's incredible blue skies.

The Azure Tahoe Cabin is a few short blocks to Lake Tahoe (Lakeside Beach), Heavenly Village, The Gondola, Edgewood Golf Course, casinos, shopping, dining and more. This well appointed cabin may easily become your favorite Tahoe getaway, no matter the season. Guest passes for Lakeside beach are available at a discounted rate.

The covered porch invites you in to the open and spacious great room. The great seating area is arranged around the gas fireplace and TV. Perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Lake Tahoe. The adjacent kitchen and dining area is ready for you to fix the family feast. The updated kitchen includes a gas cook top, dishwasher, microwave and pantry with room for your groceries.

There is a desk and chair in case you have to work.

Bedroom one and Bedroom two have queen beds and share the hall bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed and private bath. Each bath has a tile shower.

The front porch includes a gas fire pit, seating and a BBQ.

The backyard is fully fenced and includes a hot tub for your enjoyment.

Beach Vouchers available: beach pass $5.00 per person a day (usual fee $30.00)

Families, friends and kids are welcome here.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
You don't need to wait to unload the dishwasher.
Cleaner would love it if you start a load of towels, otherwise leave them in the bathrooms.
Trash to be placed in the metal bear proof box adjacent to the driveway. Make sure the lid is on the hot tub
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The cabin was fantastic. Just a couple of blocks from the lake itself, and about a 1/4 mile walk to the Heavenly Gondola restaurant and shopping area. The unit was super clean and well maintained. Our host Michelle was very professional and communicative, and even let us check-in at noon instead of the usual 3 pm time. The cabin was a perfect fit for our group of 3 couples. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in South Lake Tahoe.

Really loved the place. Proximity wise, it was really close to multiple great restaurants. The beach was also within walking distance and very private. The home was very comfortable and well decorated. We originally planned to bring our dogs, but ultimately ended not bringing them, but the yardage is great space for them to have potentially run around and use the bathroom. Night time was very quiet and peaceful. Loved the low water landscaping as well! Check in was easy and all information provided was helpful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. We had a comfortable stay here for a friend group ski trip. The house was clean, had a modern kitchen to make some meals, and a big couch to relax on, overall a good setup for our group. The hosts were responsive and provided us flexible check in and check out times - even offering late checkout without us requesting it due to daylight savings time. Easy self check in. The hot tub was nicely hot, the extra pool towels by the door were great, and it was nice to have a large private one vs a shared community one. The location is walkable to the Heavenly Village hub of shops (10-15 minutes) or a really short drive. I will say the walk is too long for my comfort to do in ski boots, so we walked in our shoes, carried our gear, and got a shoe locker at the base area. I think there are also some shuttles nearby to the ski area but we didn't use them. The home is a new rental and there are some details to work out that I believe the hosts will be addressing - a few small repairs like a door that gets stuck, more kitchen supplies for a group, extra pillows, a wonky light switch, etc. With a few of these adjustments I would give it 5 stars.

We loved the location of the property. It was two blocks from the beach and two blocks from downtown and restaurants. The property was very clean, although there were a few things that could use improvement. Improvement the parking was a little tight, and the kitchen could have used a few little extra things. Our host was great with communication. Overall the property suited us well.,
