Welcome to Matlacha waterfront. Enjoy watching the sunrise or a star-filled sky from the giant deck over the water. This 1-bedroom half of a duplex house is perfect for an individual or a couple to visit Matlacha. Guests will find a peaceful retreat featuring a bedroom with a queen bed and sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked to cook meals at home, but restaurants are very close by. Walk to the art galleries, restaurants and bars of Matlacha or relax on the dock on your own "Island time". Folding beach chairs and beach towels are provided for day trips to the local beaches. AARP discount available. I sometimes have more availability that shown on the calendar. Message if you have special requests or questions about the place.

The backyard has one of the tallest trees in the neighborhood with a osprey nest at the top. You can sit on the dock and watch the birds dive for fish,
