Stunning adventure home with sauna
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space perched in a forest of aspens.
This is a brand new home meant by the owners to be a modern adventure base camp. The main floor sits in the tree canopy at an elevation of 10,000 ft. Just out the door you can access the 5-star Prospect Trail, as well as a great neighborhood network. The property is at the top of the Ski Ranches neighborhood, a locals area for those who want to enjoy Telluride but enjoy having more space and quiet. Ski access is an 8 minute drive to the gondola or a half mile skin though the woods.
