Private Luxury 2 Bedroom Suite

Welcome to our luxury in-law suite. This fully private 2 bedroom, 1-bath retreat features a large master bedroom, large living room and second bedroom. The luxury bathroom features a bidet and a 2 person shower with NINE jets. Nestled on the end of a quiet cul de sac it is within 5 minutes of several restaurants, 10 minutes from downtown Framingham, 30 minutes to downtown Boston and a 5 minute walk to walking trails. Master bedroom - includes queen bed, desk, office chair and monitor. Attached is a Full bathroom with 2 person shower and bidet. Includes a mini split and a closet equipped with shelving and hangers. There is a nightstand.

Bathroom - includes 2 person shower with 9 jets, bidet, toilet and sink. Shower is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Backup supplies are under the sink. Please note the only entrance for the bathroom is within the master bedroom.

Living room - includes large comfy couch that fits 4+ people, 55” tv logged in to several streaming services, microwave, indoor fireplace, tv stand with built fireplace that provides light and warmth.

Second bedroom - includes a queen bed and night stand.

Laundry room - includes washer/dryer with guest access (laundry detergent included). Steamer for ironing clothes. There is a Sink, Coffee maker and ground coffee. Shelving with mugs, glasses, and other miscellaneous items that guests have access to use.

Please note this is an in-law suite that is the lower level of a single family home. It is a completely private suite with a separate entrance and entirely separate from the rest of the home. The hosts live on the upper floor and strive to be quiet however some household noise and occasional footsteps may be heard from above, as is typical in most multi-level homes. We have a 2 year child - who generally sleeps from 8pm to 8am, and the house is very quiet during overnight hours. Light morning or daytime movement may occasionally be heard. If you are extremely noise conscious this place may not be a good fit you. The vast majority of our guests have not had any issues with the noise and many have mentioned how quiet it is (the neighborhood is extremely quiet).

Immediately when you enter the garage is a full fridge and freezer that guests are free to use.

Plants, artwork and mirrors are present throughout the unit.

Extra spacious facility, very clean, lots of room to move around. I was traveling with my adult son, and it was nice to have the privacy of two bedrooms. We loved the setup in the living room—-large TV, easy access to multiple stations, and comfy throws, and a “fireplace.” We also appreciated the large shower and wonderful towels in the bathroom. All in all, a wonderful experience!

Good stay! Host was extremely nice and welcoming! It snowed during the night of the stay, and they were nice enough to still shovel a path in the morning and even cleared a path around my vehicle. Thank you! There is only a microwave, but easy to make work for food options.

This is a beautiful, spacious suite in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful master bathroom. Our issue was with the noise. The listing says that their child is sleeping generally from 8 pm to 8 am, which led me to believe that it will be quieter when he/she is sleeping. We got back, exhausted, at 10 pm. For the next hour and 15 minutes, all we heard was someone stomping upstairs and things dropping on the floor. I finally sent a message at 11:15 and then it stopped. While we absolutely understood that this is their home, and we chose to stay there, there was no excuse for that level of noise, that late at night.

Definitely a nice stay. It was very nice. They had coffee for us, a coffee maker, sugar, creamer, plates a microwave. It was very, very clean. It was They had a smart TV. The shower was huge. Pretty cool had multiple showerheads.The only thing that I could say negative about our stay was it was a finished basement and people lived upstairs. While the kids were upstairs running and playing, you definitely knew. For us it didn’t matter because by the time we came back from work and got back to the place, we were so tired that we slept through any noise. But for people who were light sleepers might be a little difficult.

This VRBO was very clean with an easy check-in check-out process, and responsive hosts. It’s mentioned in the description, but there is definitely a lot of noise (stomping, running kids, loud doors) during the day—probably like 7:30am-9pm. If you’re a person who likes to sleep in or is super noise sensitive, it’s not the place for you. It is very no frills aside from the nice shower. There is a small mini fridge. No utensils, water, etc were provided and very minimal towels and toilet paper were provided. One thing of importance to note is that the one bathroom is only accessible through the main bedroom which is not super clear in photos or description. We assumed the bathroom would have a hallway entrance or something as well, so it was awkward for everyone that nighttime bathroom visits were through a room where others were sleeping. The neighborhood is nice and you’re close by to several grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Overall, if you’re looking for a cheap place to crash for the night, wake up by 8am everyday, and comfortable with the bathroom situation, it’s a good option

Pet friendly. Inside was clean. Shower was great. Has a small dorm size refrigerator and a small microwave. Could use a larger fridge and an eating area. The coffee pot was in the laundry room. The bathroom is in what I would consider the master bedroom which is not convenient. There is one TV in the living room. The second bedroom does not have air conditioning. The big problem we had was the outside. There are kids that live upstairs so there are toys scattered everywhere, like riding toys, a blow up pool with stagnant water and a piece of gym equipment. Hoses where the entrance door is as a tripping hazard. Yard unkempt with weeds and not mowed. You have to walk through the tall grass as there is not a walking path to the back door. No lights until you get directly under the door to unlock. We didn't end up staying the second night. I wouId recommend maybe an outside partiton to separate the guest area with the owners living area. I did bring up the outside aesthetics with the owner before we left. I was hoping to leave a better review as it was convenient to our families home, location wise. Also to note, you can hear almost every step from upstairs and smell what is cooking from upstairs.

Hi Christine, We appreciate you staying with us and thank you for the kind words about the inside of the house. As noted in the welcome guide there is a path on the left side of the house to get in. This is well lit and kept in good shape with frequently cut grass, etc. I am sorry that you felt the outside was messier than you preferred. There is no mention of the outside area anywhere in the listing. While we have no issues with guests enjoying the outside space, this is not an area that we advertise as it is a space that we use ourselves as hosts. So frankly I don't feel it is fair to criticize considering the listing makes no mention of an outside space for guests. In terms of your suggestion regarding the fridge being too small - guests have access to a full fridge/freezer in the garage. This is mentioned in the listing. Finally in terms of the weeding that is a fair criticism and I spent a large part of this weekend weeding the backyard. Thank you for the feedback and for staying with us.
