Located just a 5-minute drive from Acadia National Park, this ground-level studio apartment is ideal for exploring the best outdoor recreation in Maine! Walk just 3 minutes to sample a plethora of dining and shopping options in downtown Bar Harbor. It is nicely tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of historic Victorian homes just blocks away from stunning sunrises on the Shore Path and sunsets on the sand bar. Sleeps 4.

This studio apartment has its own sunlit breakfast nook in a glassed in porch. I is a 5min walk from anywhere in downtown Bar Harbor. It`s in a quiet neighborhood and has off street parking. The closest trails of Acadia National Park are within a 1.5-mile walk.

No animals please, no exceptions, our cleaning lady is allergic.

I live in the neighborhood and am available most any time should a problem arise.

Very quiet and friendly neighborhood in the heart of Bar Harbor.

The free Island Explorer Shuttle`s arrive and depart from the village green which is 4 min walk away.

Please bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
Quiet hours in town start at 9pm so please no being loud past 9pm. No talking loudly in the driveway or in the glassed in porch past 9pm.
Please be aware of your noise level as to not disturb the guest in the other 3 units.
Please take off your shoes in the kitchen when you come inside.
