Welcome to Independence Bungalow @ Beer Ranch Project Inn, a modern hill country getaway just steps away from Wimberley Square.
This unique two bedroom hexagon bungalow is perfect for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, a friends trip, or when working away from home. Gather in the open living room, relax in the spa rainfall shower, or watch deer on patio by the oaks. Take a few minute stroll into town for beer/wine tastings, coffee shops, restaurants, and our beautiful Blue Hole swimming park.

Located directly behind our tasting room in Downtown Wimberley and is on two connected properties. We currently have three studios and two bungalows (two more being remodeled).

Enjoy a flight of hill country beer made from our brewery just up the road. If you’re staying at our Inn, ask us about tasting packages that can be added to your room reservation.

Experience our beer on location at our five-acre family ranch a few miles from town. To ensure an intimate and exceptional customer experience, the brewery will be open by appointment only.
You are free to enjoy everything that Beer Ranch Project Inn has to offer. We are always looking to make sure our guests are happy and we continually update or add amenities and property features.
My husband, Max, and I own the property and although we are not on site nightly, we will be around as needed. We also have a an amazing cleaning staff who services are studios between guests. If you need any assistance, feel free to contact us at the number provided at check-in and one of us will assist you.
CLEANING STANDARDS
Although we`ve always maintained extremely high standard of cleaning in our studios, we are sanitizing and cleaning all surfaces according to the CDC recommendations. You should expect a thoroughly cleaned and fresh room.
Also, here at the Beer Ranch Project Inn we want you have all the freedom of staying at a vacation rental but have the comfort of staying at a boutique hotel, therefore we do not have any specific checkout procedures like stripping the bed linens or taking out the trash.
PET FEE
We love our furry friends (we have an Australian Shepard who is one of our family members) so dogs are loved and welcome at the Beer Ranch Project Studios, but we ask that you notify us in advance. There is a charge at the time of reservation. Also, we charge for any items that are damaged or cannot be properly cleaned.

We want your stay to be relaxing and enjoyable. Please follow these simple guidelines:
- No smoking indoors. If smoking occurs inside, a minimum $250 cleaning fee will apply, along with any charges for damage or lingering odor.
- Pets are welcome! Please notify the Host in advance and pay the required pet fee before check-in. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, keeping pets leashed outdoors, and covering any damages or extra cleaning caused by their pets.
- Parties or large gatherings are not permitted unless approved in advance, in writing, by the Host.
- Respect the neighbors. Keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during quiet hours from 10:30 PM until sunrise.
- Treat the property with care and respect, just as you would your own home.
Note: We do not permit any Airbnb Services or Experiences of any kind at this property. This includes third-party bookings made through the Airbnb Experiences platform. Any guest who attempts to host or bring an Airbnb-related Service or Experience onto the premises without our prior written approval will have their reservation cancelled immediately, with no refund issued.
