Less than 5 minutes from the Gwinnett Center: Arena, convention center, Performing Arts Center, and The Hudgens Center.
Walking distance from the Sugarloaf Mills Mall. Minutes from the Mall of GA, and the Cool Ray Field.
Less than 5 minutes to get on Hwy 85 and 316.
Near Great parks and Lake Lanier. An hour from north Ga mountains.

My home is 1657 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2full baths. It is bright, updated and clean.
Has vaulted ceilings in common areas, with lots of natural light, formal dining room plus a breakfast area. Enough seating for everyone to hang out or enjoy a meal.

Guests have access to the entire house.
Other things to note
If you have small children, Peachtree Ridge Park has an amazing playground to keep them busy for hours.
(smaller playground comes first. Larger, newly renovated playground is a little further up the road when you enter the park)
